Syosset Library Changes with the Time
Lisa Dettling was recently promoted to Young Adult Librarian at the Syosset Public Library. Dettling will not only fulfill the duties of the young adult librarian, but also will act as a liaison between the library and the school and the library and local teens and also be a youth advocate.

All three final-weekend games in Jericho Athletic Association girls fourth and fifth-grade intramural soccer were close and riveting Nov.18. Girls on every team displayed skills and teamwork built over a full season. Assists abounded as teams executed plays and players found each other with passes.
