Ignazio Legrande, known to everyone as "Lee", this prince of a man passed away quietly in his bed as the rest of us watched in horror the Sept. 11 tragedy. He lived in Jericho with his wonderful wife, Connie. He was the father of two, Donna and Karen. Their respective spouses, Jeff and Greg, wer also there by his bedside. His grandchildren, Graham, Brandon and Andrew will also miss him. Arrangements were made by the Wagner Funeral Home, Hicksville. Funeral Mass at St. Paul the Apostle in Brookville. Elizabeth Arnemann, of Jericho, died on Sept. 18, 2001. She was born in County Tipp, Ireland. Wife of the late James J. Daughter of Catherine Connolly. Mother of Margaret A. Caverley, James M. and Elizabeth Rivalsi. Sister of Margaret Jones. Grandmother of seven. The family was cared for by the Thomas F. Dalton Funeral Home, Hicksville Chapel. Mass at St. Paul the Apostle Church. Interment Calverton National Cemetery.
