The Lowitt Alarm Tigers and Rockville Center Pharmacy Marlins closed their Jericho Athletic Association third and fourth grade girls softball season at Jackson School on Wednesday evening, June 13. The Marlins, done in by 13 early walks, allowed the maximum six runs in each of the first two frames. Tiger starter Gaby Brooks gave up only three runs over that span to put her team up 12-3. Although Marlin relievers let in just three runs the rest of the way, the damage had been done. The Tigers cruised to a 15-12 victory in four innings as the contest was called at the two-hour limit.
