Interment St. Margaret's Cemetery. Contributions can be made to the Gift of Life Inc. or the American Heart Association. Kenneth J. Fowler, 76, formerly of Syosset, died on April 14, 2001. He was born in the Bronx on April 12, 1925, the son of Eugene and Anne (Collins) Fowler. He served in the Air Force during WWII. He was with the NYPD and was a First Grade Detective for the last 22 years. He received many commendations. He was a parishioner at Our Lady of Mercy RC Church, a member of the Holy Name Society and was a CYO coach. Husband of the late Theresa (Wright). Father of Maryann VonSeggern , Ken Jr. and Jim Fowler. He had three brothers, Gene, Joe (died in 2000) and Bob and one sister, Marie (died 1972). Grandfather of four. Patricia A. Fahey, of Syosset, died on April 17, 2001. Wife of Thomas F. Mother of Patricia Minor, Thomas M., John, Maura McArdle and Sheila Tarnowski. Grandmother of Sean, Matthew, Nicholas, Tyler, Jack, Katherine and Michael. Arrangements were made by the Beney Funeral Home, Syosset. Catholic Funeral Mass at Faith Lutheran Church.
