Jericho Students Named INTEL Semifinalists
The Intel Corporation recently named 66 students from Long Island, including two from Jericho, semifinalists in the Intel Science Talent Search. This award, America's oldest and most prestigious pre-college science competition, is often referred to as the Junior Nobel Prize. Over 1,590 students applied for this award and only 300 were named semifinalists.

St. Edward's Holds Golf And Tennis Classic
St. Edward The Confessor School's first annual Golf and Tennis Classic held this fall at Huntington Country Club was a smashing success. Not only was it a picture perfect day to spend with friends and meet new ones, the inaugural event raised more than $37,000 to benefit the school. Festivities included a brunch, day of golf or tennis, cocktail party and dinner, along with a silent auction for various items, such as wonderful golf getaways, and raffle drawings.
