(Jay) Del Savio, of Syosset, died on June 10, 2000. Son of Marie and the late Bruno. Brother of Robert (Camille). Also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins. Born in Chieti, Italy on Aug. 6, 1899, she was a member of ILGWU and a founding member of the Palm Coast Florida Italian-American Social Club. Wife of the late Emil. Mother of Robert (Marlene). Grandmother of Dana Paul Perna and Lisa Marie Rubin (Howard). Sister of Doris Mazzarino (Victor). She was predeceased by her sisters, Teresa, Louise, Anna, Angelina, and her brothers, Carlo, Donald, Joseph, Michael, George and Anthony. Godmother of Tina Petrungaro. Aunt of Theresa Petrungaro. Uncle of many nieces and nephews. Also survived by her pets, Taffy, Butterscotch and Caramel. Arrangements were made by the Beney Funeral Home, Syosset. Funeral Mass at St. Edward Confessor RC Church. Interment LI National Cemetery.
