Delaney has been operating his limousine service out of the Old Methodist Church property, located at 8205 Jericho Turnpike, Woodbury. The property is located in a neighborhood business district.

The decision by the town board was reserved. The record will now be left open for two weeks, giving residents who did not attend the hearing a chance to correspond with the board and make their feelings known. After the two weeks, the board will close the record and make a decision regarding the matter. A decision will be made in approximately one month, depending on how much material there is to go over.

Delaney was already operating his limousine service from this location as he did not realize that he needed a special use permit to do so. The goal of the town board is to get them into compliance. As long as he is making the attempt to get into compliance, his limousine service will still be in operation. He has to get the special use permit to operate there legitimately.

Residents wishing to voice their opinions regarding this matter can write to The Town Board at 54 Audrey Avenue, Oyster Bay, NY 11771.
