On Superbowl Sunday, the island-wide Medical Supersonics put on a super-duper performance by winning their fifth game in a row, defeating Sportime Tennis Multisport Academy 39 to 35.

The first period saw Sportime taking an early 9 - 6 lead. Going into the second quarter the Supersonics caught fire with Andrew Molotok and Corey Holtzman combining to hit five baskets in a row. At halftime the Supersonics were leading 20 - 18.

This was one of the best played games of the season with great defense and a high shooting percentage for both teams. Andrew Molotok led the Supersonics with a team season-high 13 points. Andrew Hutner, with great ball distribution, also added 10 points. Corey Holtzman, who was on fire in the second quarter, added six points. Richie Allen, controlling the rebounds, added four points and Adam Reisman, also playing strong defense, had four points. Adam Rotter contributed two points and Shawn Small, Justin Dorman and Brad Weingast, with their all-out hustle and great defense, contributed to the Supersonics' victory. Travis Steir led Sportime Tennis with 19 points.
