Tryouts for the Syosset Lasars, the Girls U15 Team, will be held on June 9 and June 15, at 6:30 p.m. at Willets Elementary School. All girls born after 8/1/83 are eligible. For more information, call Ken Bernstein at 496-9894.

Tryouts for the Girls U13 team will be taking place at the Stillwell Fields at 5 p.m. on Friday, June 5; Wednesday, June 10; and Friday, June 12.

Tryouts for the Syosset Renegades Boys 1984/85 under 14C team, coached by Bob Jacoff, and trained by Phil Schools (select coach) will be held on Thursday, June 4 and Thursday, June 18, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. All tryouts will be at the Stillwell Fields. Friday, June 19, 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. (please note time) Children should bring a number 4 ball, wear cleats, shin guards and their re/white soccer shirt. Children should bring a 3 x 5 file card, with their name, address, telephone number, parents' names, and date of birth printed clearly. They should also bring a self-addressed envelope. Major League Soccer Camps is coming back to Syosset to conduct an instructional soccer program for our children.

The camp is scheduled for the week of June 29 and will be run at Stillwell field. Join us!

Syosset Soccer Club is pleased to sponsor this program again for the fourth year. Last summer over 250 children from the club participated in this program.

June 29 to July 3, 1/2 day 9 a.m. to noon, cost $95; full day, 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., cost $140; Munchkins 9 to 10:30 a.m. or 10:30 to noon, cost $55 includes ball and shirt.
