David Cohen, 93, formerly of Woodbury, died on March 12, 1998. Born in Philadelphia he grew up in Long Beach. He graduated from Lynbrook High School and attended Brooklyn Law School. He was a real estate builder and manager (his first building was in Long Beach where he ran Cohen's Furniture for 25 years). Mr. Cohen founded Cohen Associates Real Estate Management Inc., Farmingdale. Husband of the late Bertha. He is survived by his son Richard Cohen and daughter Barbara Cohen; his brother Dr. Arthur Cohen; and four grandchildren. Arrangements were made by Gutterman's Funeral Home, Woodbury. Interment Mt. Ararat Cemetery.
