Calendar OngoingAlzheimer's Adult Day Health Care ProgramAt the United Presbyterian Residence, 378 Syosset-Woodbury Rd., Woodbury. Designed to assist families in caring for persons with Alzheimer's disease and related disorders. Open 7 days from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Program provides the following services: nursing, recreation therapy, social work, nutrition, rehabilitation therapy, a nutritious lunch and snacks which can accommodate a variety of therapeutic diets, a family support group and transportation to and from the program. Clients may be of any age, wheelchair bound or incontinent. Private pay and Medicaid accepted.
