Concerned Citizens of Roslyn, Inc. in cooperation with the Roslyn Public Schools will be hosting a basketball game on Wednesday, Feb. 24 at 7:00 p.m. at Roslyn High School. The game will be between the Harlem Magic Masters and the Roslyn Dream Team.
The Magic Masters, as the name suggests, is a team similar to the legendary Harlem Globetrotters. The Masters combine competitive basketball skills, with entertaining skits, above the rim slam-dunks and amazing ball handling routines, all to the beat of contemporary music. Formed in 2003, the Magic Masters play approximately 150 games a year in venues across the United States.
Cost is $10.00 general admission and $8 for students and seniors 65+.
Call 621-3419 for ticket information. The game will feature refreshments, souvenirs, tee shirts, basketballs and a free autograph session.
