Letter: Remembering Norma Perlman

The passing of Norma Perlman made me very sad. As a former Roslyn resident, I had the pleasure and honor of knowing Norma for a very long time. I first met Norma at her husband Dr. Ely Perlman’s office where she stopped by and greeted the mothers and children as they waited for their allergy shots.

Norma was always interested and available for the many projects in our community, especially those at the Bryant Library. Her efforts helped to make the library the wonderful place it is today.

Norma was a lady that left her mark on much of Roslyn and I know she will be sorely missed.
