Scott D. Reich Lecture

Join Temple Sinai’s own Scott D. Reich at 7:30 p.m. as he speaks about his soon to be released book The Power of Citizenship: Why John F. Kennedy Matters to a New Generation. Fifty years after John F. Kennedy’s death, we find ourselves in an era of unprecedented political division and cynicism, where politicians talk past one another and the spirit of “ask not what your country can do for you—ask what you can do for your country” is less visible than it should be. Filled with perceptive insights and verve, The Power of Citizenship is the dynamic book needed to bring us back on track.  Please join the temple for what promises to be a fascinating and inspirational evening. Books will be available for sale and there will be a post-talk book signing.  All are welcome.  Contact Temple Sinai of Roslyn, 425 Roslyn Rd., Roslyn Heights, 516-621-6800.
