“Growing The Meat House brand to Long Island is something we’ve wanted to do for a long time,” said The Meat House co-founder Justin Rosberg. “This exciting new location is the first of many planned for the area.”
“We’ve been able to find fantastic local vendors in the Roslyn area that support our mission of providing the highest quality products available to our customers,” said fellow co-founder Jason Parent. “We’re looking forward to getting to know the Roslyn community and supporting them any way that we can.”
The Meat House prides itself on becoming an active member of each community it serves by sponsoring programs at local schools and partnering with non-profits and other community-based organizations to raise funds for various causes. This unique emphasis on community extends to the brand’s offering of gourmet grocery items, at least 50 percent of which are locally sourced at every location. The Roslyn location will be the fourth location to open in New York, the first one on Long Island, and also features exotic meats such as alligator tail, wild boar, ostrich, buffalo and venison. The Meat House’s quality of all-natural meats includes marinated steak tips and a variety of steaks and roasts hand-cut to order.
