The Roslyn High School Winter Sports Awards Night was held on Feb. 26, honoring 235 athletes in 18 sports. Some significant accomplishments were: the Boys' Varsity Basketball and the Boys' Varsity Wrestling teams became conference champions; Boys' Winter Track had an All-State Champion, Alex Spanbock, three County Champions, Thomas Lipari, Alex Spanbock, and Anthony Williams and the team won the Conference Sportsmanship Team Award; the Girls' Winter Track had a County Champion, Emily Lipari; and a Boys' Varsity Basketball player, George Beamon, was named in Newsday's 2008 All-Long Island Boys Basketball.

The New York State Public High School Athletic Association recognized six varsity Roslyn High School teams as Scholar/Athlete Teams during the winter 2007-08 season. The teams were Boys' Basketball, Girls' Basketball, Girls' Gymnastics, Boys' Winter Track, Girls' Winter Track and Wrestling. Roslyn also had a total of 105 Scholar-Athletes (earning a GPA of 3.3 or above during this season).
