Boot Camp is intense, fun and creative at Charles Water Karate & Fitness, located at 122 Hillside Ave. in Williston Park.
This boot camp included a Creative Form Tournament, a Team Sparring Tournament with all the students working together, the scores were a 10th of a point away and the winning team received trophies.
Then there was the physical prowess demonstrated by all, in a course of three days everyone did a total of 500 jumping jacks, 500 pushups, 50 gut busters, 150 squat hops, 1,000 kicks and 1,100 crunches.
Students participated in practical self-defense drills and broke through all challenges by breaking a piece of wood.
The next Boot Camp is one hour on Saturday, Feb. 23.
