The Roslyn High School Varsity wrestling team was crowned Conference 3B champions on Jan. 18 with a 48-6 victory over Hewlett High School.

Roslyn went undefeated in conference matches with a record of 6-0, a tremendous improvement over the previous year's season.

The Bulldogs were led this season by captains Zach Carlin, Jason Schneider and Russell Einberg as well as Zander Greenberg, Evan Babazadeh and Tyler Calinda who served as key additions to the lineup.

This is the team's third conference championship in four years.

Other team members are: Sam Kreisberg, Alex Arnowitz, Chris Roccotagliata, Jason Bergman, Andrew Tack, Simon Hannanian, Santos Duartes, Efrain Fontanet, Erwin Zavalla, Justin Hwang, Jaron Mandel, Samson Magid, Brandon Rabbie, Mike Jacobson, and Sep Esmaili.
