Bob Litwin, of Glenwood Landing, has been selected by the United States Tennis Association as one of four players competing for the Austria Cup, the 55 and over version of the Davis Cup.

The competition will be played in Durban, South Africa beginning April 16. This will be his 6th appearance playing Senior Davis Cup for the USA. He has won 10 national championships. Last year Mr. Litwin won the Senior World Championships and attained the World Number One ranking.

A multiple time Eastern Player of the Year recipient, last month he was named the 2006 George Seewagon Award winner for his playing and coaching contributions. A tennis coach, he is also the president of the Sports Focus Institute specializing in high performance coaching in sports and business. Litwin teaches tennis in Roslyn.
