Roslyn Grist Mill Restoration Update
The first phase of the long anticipated restoration of Roslyn's venerable 18th century Dutch Grist Mill has recently been completed. A team of architects from the firm of John G. Waite Associates of Albany have produced a detailed feasibility study for the restoration of the mill.

Heart Walk Ambassadors
Long Island residents Jennifer Sanfilippo, a 27-year-old living with neurocardiogenic syncope, and Jeffrey Frankel of Roslyn, a survivor of Tetralogy of Fallot, "blue baby syndrome," and open-heart surgery, have been named the "red cap survivor ambassadors" of the American Heart Association's 2004 Long Island American Heart Walk.
