Albany Moves School Vote to June 3
The New York State legislature has changed the date of school budget votes from Tuesday, May 20, to Tuesday, June 3. All school districts in New York are now required to hold their budget votes on June 3. The district's trustee election and the Bryant Library's budget vote will also be changed to June 3.

'Coaches vs. Coaches Hoops Challenge'
The Roslyn Booster Basketball Club, Inc. (RBBC) held its third annual open invitation Coaches vs. Coaches Hoops Challenge basketball game on Saturday, March 29, which saw 35 Roslyn booster basketball coaches dust off their "hightops" and in a "role reversal," hit the hardwood in regulation full court games at the Roslyn HS main gym to show off their basketball skills in front of their players. Prior to the start of this game, RBBC Girls seven player and RBBC League "official singer" Sasha Hiller graced the gym with a phenomenal "a capella" rendition of God Bless America which drew a two-minute standing ovation from the entire gym. Due to the unusually large turnout of coaches two games were played simultaneously to allow ample playing time for all participants. After almost two hours, no injuries, a lot of sore bones and many happy faces, these dedicated Roslyn booster basketball coaches vowed to "be back to play in this game next year. ..."
