Girls 6 - Semifinal Round Games:
St. Johns 29 - Arizona 25 - In an action packed semi-final girls 6 booster hoopster game, the St. John's Lady Storm squeaked out a 4 point victory over the Arizona Wildcats, 29-25. The Storm were led by Julie Clark's 12 points, and dominated the boards behind Jamie Kaye, Devin Gaynor and Nicole Katz.
Girls 6 - Championship Game:
UConn 14 - St. Johns 11.
Girls 5 Semifinal Round Games:
UCLA 21 - Cornell 15 - A game that matched UCLA's size and rebounding skill against Cornell's speed and team depth was won "down low in the paint" with UCLA's "towers of rebounding power" controlling the boards, and giving UCLA a well deserved and very hard fought victory.
Michigan 28 - Princeton 19 -Michigan rolled out to a sizeable first half lead on a series of baseline to baseline fast breaks and tough defensive rebounding, and never looked back on their way to an impressive victory.
Championship Game:
Michigan 14 - UCLA 10 - Michigan prevailed in the eighth segment on a series of slashing drives through the paint followed by some clutch defensive stops as time ran out. UCLA's players battled relentlessly from whistle to whistle putting much emphasis on winning the "battle on the defensive glass" and can hold their heads high for having had a great game.
Boys 6 - Semifinal Round Games:
Team Magier 34 - Team D'Innocenzo 28 - In a classic match-up that looked like a toss up on paper, Team Magier's speed and bench depth prevailed over Team D'Innocenzo's height and low post power. Both teams played their hearts out but only one could move on to the "big dance"...
Team Harra 39 - Team M. Cohen 35 - This game was a non-stop road race with each team having a number of chances to close out the opposition but unable to "do the deed".... Team Harra's squad earned the tough victory and Team M. Cohen's squad can walk away with their heads held high for having had a great season....

Boys 5 - Semifinal Round Games:
Team Reisner 22 - Team Feldman 16 - In a great semi final game Reisner's team got off to an early lead and fought off a tremendous comeback from Feldman's team. Scoring was balanced and everyone made great passes and played great team defense. Feldman's team made it close in the end and the final game should be a great one.
Team Mayo 26 - Team R. Cohn 20 - In a battle of "strategies" Team Mayo squeaked out a hard fought and well earned victory over a well prepared and "game" R. Cohen squad.
Boys 5 Championship Game:
Team Reisner 41 - Team Mayo 19 - The final game was all it was hyped up be, with the two best teams meeting for one final "battle". Reisner's team led from the start and never looked back. Reisner's team scoring was as balanced as a team could have with every player adding baskets. Led by Zach Reisner (9 points) Ryan Weber (8) Jordan Richman (8) Gavin Ryan (8) and Vilas Vasudevan(8), the team passed and rebounded like a veteran champion squad. Ryan Mogadasian added a bucket and played great defense.
Boys 8/9 - Semifinal Round Games:
Heat 68 - Lakers 64 (Double O.T. )- This game pitted the Lakers' speed and shooting against the Heat's low-post defense and offensive rebounding, and stretched everyone's nerves (players, coaches, the commissioner's, the refs' and the spectators..) by going into double overtime before the Heat ultimately prevailed.....
Knicks 43 - Wizards 37 (Triple O.T.) The regulation game ended with each team missing game close-out opportunities only to see both teams leave it all out on the court in the three overtime periods. Both of these teams are true winners but unfortunately one of them had to win and one of them had to lose today....

Championship Game:
Heat 51 - Knicks 38 - Led by Ben Weindorf's 15 points, the effort for the Heat was balanced, as seven different players put points on the board. Max Port had a big game on the boards and contributed 10 points.
Boys 7 - Semifinal Round Games:
Raptors 38 - Wizards 21 - The Raptors beat the Wizards with strong defense and rebounding, and were led by balanced scoring by Scott Bleznick, David Chase and Zach Stern, scoring 12, 8 an 8 respectively.
76ers 32 - Bulls 29 - In the evenings finale, the league's two biggest teams battled in a see-saw battle all night. The 76ers prevailed as Adam Kaplan dominated the paint with 13 points and many big rebounds and Cory Sigadel played the point and added 10 points.
Boys 7 -Championship Game:
Raptors 44 - 76ers 41 (double O.T.) - It doesn't get any better than this. In a game wrought with guts and glory, the Raptors clawed and scratched their way to the championship against an unrelenting and most worthy opponent.
Girls 7 - Semifinal Round
Games:
Miami Sol 18 - Indiana Fever 14 - The first half ended in a two-point advantage for the Sol. The second half saw a see-saw battle with the Sol managing to build a two basket going into the eighth segment and holding on for a well earned but nerve wracking victory. Both teams played like champions today.....
Minnesota Lynx 16 - Sacramento Monarchs 12. The Monarchs tried to claw their way back into the game by trading fouls with the Lynx, but the Lynx were able to hold on and protect their lead in this hard fought victory.
Girls 7 - Championship Game:
Miami Sol 27 - Minnesota Lynx 18 -
The 3 minute overtime was a show from two of the best players in the league going head to head. Lexi Klapper scored for the Fever and Shey Akinaboboye answered. In the end the relentless never say die attitude of the Fever proved to be too much for the Sol. As the overtime period ended with the Fever up by 1 point the team began their celebration
