That was a good article about the closing of Friend of A Farmer. It is good that the proprietor praised the Roslyn Village Board for their help. But there are many empty stores in the village. It didn't help that the board wouldn't let Starbucks in. What about others? What does it do to attract stores at a time when the Americana is dropping stores that don't fit such as the Rodeo Drive Pocketbook?
