Larry D. Wagner, 94, of Roslyn Heights, died on April 3, 2002. He was a decorated Marine Corps veteran of WWII. A composer and arranger for Glen Gray and the Casaloma Band, he entertained the troops in the Pacific during WWII. He was a member of ASCAP and is credited with writing The Men of Iwo Jima for the Marine Corps. Husband of the late Elizabeth. Father of Linda Guriere.
