The Roslyn High School girls varsity tennis dynasty continues to roll on. Last week, the Lady Bulldogs captured their second straight Nassau County title and their ninth in the past two decades. The win also capped the highly successful tenure of Lynn Jacobson as the tennis squad's head coach. Ms. Jacobson is retiring after 19 years of service to the tennis program.

In the deciding game, Roslyn topped Jericho, 4-3. Doubles partners Lauren Schorr and Ali Wainstock defeated Jamie Castle and Jamie Lee, three games to four, with scores of 6-7, 4-7, 6-2, and 6-4 to clinch the match for the Lady Bulldogs. Roslyn finished the year with a perfect 16-0 record.
