I write to wholeheartedly endorse Eleanor Zatlin and Louise Bosnack as candidates for the East Williston School Board of Education.

As president of the board, Eleanor has made tremendous strides for our children and our community. She has worked side by side with her fellow board members to put together a feasible facilities plan, one that will meet the needs of the children and the high expectations of this district. Our schools will continue to shine and flourish as a result of the technology that she has been instrumental in having implemented. Eleanor has reached out to the community on numerous occasions, acting on residents' concerns and she has proven on more than one occasion to be a fair and responsible representative of all of us.

I, and many friends and neighbors are delighted that Louise Bosnack is also seeking election to the board. We feel that she will indeed complement the board because of her many years of experience as an involved parent. The district is fortunate to have parents like Louise who have taken an active role and show a true concern not only for her own children, but others' children as well. The amount of time and hard work Louise has given this district should convince voters that she will continue to serve our board of education with the same dedication she has shown in the past.

I trust residents and parents realize how fortunate we are to have individuals like Eleanor and Louise who will give all of their efforts to serve on our board. I am proud to endorse them both, and hope you will give them your vote on May 15.
