The Roslyn Little League needs student umpires for weekday evenings and some weekends. The season begins March 31 and lasts until mid-June.

All candidates, whether experienced or not, must register by March 17. Mail the form or bring it to the training session. Those who have umpired at least two seasons may be excused from the training at the league's discretion. All others must attend the on-field training session conducted by the American Federation of Umpires at the Roslyn Middle School on Saturday, March 17 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Forms will be available at the Physical Education offices at Roslyn High School and Roslyn Middle School, at the training session, or by calling Gil Lipper (484-2965) or Richard Abeles (625-5524). Please call them with any questions. In case of inclement weather, the training session will move indoors to the Middle School cafeteria.
