On July 10, the Roslyn Fire Companies will be hosting its First Annual Benevolent Association Golf Outing. The volunteers of our fire company devote countless hours of their time away from their families for the safety and well-being of our beloved community. We try to retain an active membership of firefighters, and in order to ensure stability; we must give back to the membership for their donation of time and effort. In order to host this fun-filled event, we are asking you to join your neighbors in assisting the Roslyn Benevolent Association in its appeal for funds.

The Roslyn Benevolent Association funds are not used by the members personally. We are a non-profit voluntary organization whose dollars are spent to aid its members in the time of sickness, injury and or death, which are not paid for by your tax dollars. Those interested should contact the Roslyn Benevolent Association at either 270 Warner Ave. or P.O. Box 73, both in Roslyn Heights.

Michael Mulchinski, Joe Stephowski, co-chairmen.
