Representatives with Phillips International, the development firm that wants to build residential housing in downtown Roslyn, recently met with Board of Trustee members last week to discuss their housing plans. Phillips still wants to present a proposal and make an application to the BOT as soon as possible, but no date for making such proposals has been set.
