It was an exciting day recently at Master Charles Water's Hwang Karate Studio.
This was a Form, or Hyung, Tournament. Form is a combination of moves that a person uses to defend themselves. This aspect of the martial arts learning process gives students the ability to protect themselves as well as the confidence to accomplish any goal you set your mind on.
This competition provided students with the opportunity to demonstrate the skills that they have developed through their training. Children and adults alike exhibited both their physical and mental discipline.
