It was an exciting day recently at Charles Water's Hwang Karate Studio, located at 122 Hillside Avenue in Williston Park.

This was the school's tournament for the Karatatots® and Young Children. The Karatatot® was a program designed specifically for pre-schoolers starting at age 4. The next beginner class is the Young Children's Class.

The children at this tournament displayed courage as they participated in front of their families and friends. They were judged by their instructors on both mental and physical attributes. Focus, directionality, concentration, ability, enthusiasm, their ability to demonstrate what they have learned.
