I read with interest your recent letter to the editor in the Roslyn News and thank you for clarifying the issues before the Bryant Library trustees in the matter of staff negotiations.

While it is always a balance between keeping a budget intact and meeting requests for increases, I do know that you, along with the library trustees, will work for an amicable and fair resolution.

On behalf of the village board of trustees, thank you for all the good work that you do for the library.
