For the first time, the voters of the 13th Assembly District had the opportunity to express concern on those life issues threatening the most vulnerable of all¬the unborn. I want to thank those 587 voters who stood with my candidacy to demand justice for the unborn and encourage these voters to remain active on this issue. What kind of neighborhood have we become when we brag about the monies spent on education and care of children and deny the right to life to those who didn't ask to be conceived?
A very special thanks to my dedicated friends who kept the Right to Life 13th Assembly Campaign alive while I recuperated from emergency surgery during the final two weeks of the 1998 campaign.
