    Roslyn Village official, Marlene H. Freeman, has announced she will not finish her term as deputy mayor. Calling it a "privilege and an honor to have served as your deputy mayor," she said she will no longer be eligible to serve because she and her husband, Dr. Leonard Freeman, will have their primary residence in New York City in September.
