This weekend will be the first full weekend of sports so check the website for all the updated information and come and cheer on the teams….First up, the Lady Vikings Tournament…Port will be hosting Cold Spring Harbor at 7 on Friday the 11th…the consolation and championship games are on Saturday at noon and 2…want to make it a full day of hoops? The JV2 boys will play early on the 12th in their first home game at 9:30….Boys basketball will play its league opener at home against Farmingdale on Dec. 15……JV game at 4:30 Varsity game at 6:15…Winter track competed at the Nassau Coaches meet at the Armory last weekend. Both teams had great representation and the kick off to what is hoped to be a great track season has begun….The Battle of the Buildings basketball fundraiser raised over $3,500 to use toward the new scorers table and chairs in the gymnasium…we will looking sharp this season!...Boys wrestling competed in the Hark Paris tournament last weekend…we had three top seeds in the tournament…The wrestlers don’t have a home meet until January so unless you go to the away games, check here for all the news…Boys and girls bowling, boys swimming and girls gymnastics have not begun yet….Tickets are just about sold out for the girls basketball game at Madison Square Garden on Dec. 19 at 6:45 p.m. The pre-game is Duke vs Gonzaga mens basketball at 4 p.m. A $20 ticket gets you in to both games!
