Cal Ripken/Babe Ruth Baseball

National NFL Youth Flag Football

The Port Washington PAL will be offering the following activities during the Fall 2009 season.

 

Pre-K and Kindergarten T-Ball Baseball

Teach basic baseball fundamentals. Teams will be made. Program begins:

Saturday, September 12, 9:30 to 10:15 a.m.

Monday, September 14, 5 to 5:45 p.m.

Fee: $120

First- and Second-Grade Baseball

Fundamentals as well as game play. Teams will be made. Program begins:

Saturday, September 12, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.

Monday, September 14, 6 to 7 p.m.

Fee: $120

Cal Ripken/Babe Ruth Baseball

We are pleased to announce that the Port Washington PAL baseball league is under the national charter of the Cal Ripken/Babe Ruth Baseball League. The PAL offers instructional baseball under the charter with optional tournament play for all ages. Baseball will be regular intramural play during the fall. Fall baseball will be under the direction of Coach Lou Santos and his coaching staff of Diamond Pros., Inc.

Grades 3 through Grade 7

Program begins:

Friday, September 18, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Fee: $120

Girls Softball

Teams will be made for game play. Grades 3 through 7.

Program begins:

Sunday, September 13, 4 p.m. (subject to change)

Flag Football – NFL Youth Football League

The PAL is offering flag football through the National NFL Youth Football league, www.NFLyouthfootball.com.

3rd/4th grade, 5th/6th grade.

Program will be coached by Greg Maddaloni of Fitness Express.

Program begins:

Wednesday, September 16, 6 to 7:15 p.m. for 3rd/4th Grade

Wednesday, September 16, 7:30 to 8:45 p.m. for 5th/6th Grade

Fee: $120
