Come with your friends and family to PortFest 2013. The community, music and arts festival will be fun for the entire family. Two mobile stages will have a total of nine bands (made up of local students and adults) performing all day for 30-45 minutes each. There will be dance performances, a wide array of art activities for both kids and adults, and local food vendors. Take along a blanket. The event is free of charge, Schreiber High School south ball field, 11 am-5 pm. (see PortFest article inside this issue).
Time to go through your closets, dressers, toy chest, kitchen, basement, garage & attic. Donations can be dropped off starting Wednesday, May 1 through Friday May 10 @ Mill Pond Road, (cross street Shore Road). Leave all clothing donations in plastic bags (in case of rain) under the carport, on the left hand side of the house. Extra large donations (furniture or heavy items) can also be left in the carport. All proceeds will help an individual or family with their mobility needs.
