Pride in Port is this Saturday, Oct. 18. Plans have been under way for several months to ensure that this year's PIP, its special 20th anniversary, will be extraordinary. Plan your day around this day full of fun and community spirit. Here's the schedule for the day:
The parade will step off at noon at the intersection of Belleview Avenue and Main Street and march down to Port Washington Boulevard. Come down and cheer Port's beloved children...who are this year's Grand Marshals.
Our cherished seniors are treated to a tasty lunch and some good entertainment.

Join your neighbors on Campus Drive and have fun with the attractions for people of all ages which include a castle bounce, games, face and pumpkin painting, rock wall, music, refreshments, cotton candy, bungee ball, dunk tank, goodies for the kids and more!
Halftime ceremonies: 2008 Athletic Hall of Fame Inductees and the introduction of the Royal Court.
Dining, dancing and entertainment at the Polish American Hall on Pulaski Place.
Cocktail hour 7 to 8 p.m. - Featuring "Great Tastes of Port," delicious cuisines from many of Port Washington's "Great Purveyors of Food."
Dinner and dance from 8 p.m. to midnight.
Dinner provided by Shish Kebab and other local restaurants.
Music and entertainment featuring Juke Box Saturday Night.
Tickets, which are the best buy in town, are $25 or $30 at the door.
