The Port Washington Union Free School District's Board of Education invites the entire community to a forum so that all residents can participate in the school budget process. The meeting will be in a "Town Hall" format with open microphones so that people can share their perspectives and ask questions.
The meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 25, at 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium of the Sousa Elementary School at 101 Sands Point Road. "Our community members are our greatest asset," said Board President Rob Seiden. "The board of education values communication from everyone who lives in town."
