Put on your basketball sneakers and get ready to shoot some hoops! The Port Washington Youth Council is pleased to announce the first annual Teen Center Invitational 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament. The tournament will take place on April 5, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., in the gymnasium at Landmark on Main Street. Proceeds will benefit the Port Washington Teen Center.

The tournament is open to boys and girls in grades six through 12 who will play in division based on age. Each three person team is guaranteed to play a minimum of three games. Games will last 15 minutes, or until one team reaches 11 points, whichever comes first. All participants will receive a Teen Center Invitational 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament T-shirt. Trophies will be awarded to the winners of each category, as well as prizes, donated by the New York Knicks. Free snacks and refreshments will be available to all.

To sign up a team, simply fill out a registration form (available at the Teen Center at Landmark on Main Street). The registration fee for a team is $30, and the form must be received by March 15.
