I believe in fiscal responsibility in my own home, school district, county, state and federal governments. I have worked in other school districts, including Roslyn, and seen what true fiscal irresponsibility can lead to.
Port Washington is a community that invests in itself in countless ways. Schools are an investment. The returns are concrete and undeniable.
Please wait until all the facts are available and a budget is presented to the community before making a decision where the consequences can be long-lasting and destructive, not only to our children, but to our town.
