The recent new fence surrounding Manorhaven Park is a great improvement to the aesthetics of the community of Manorhaven. It conforms to the new buildings that have been erected since the time when the chain-link fence was originally installed.

We would like to call your attention to the fact that the Concerned Citizens of Manorhaven Civic Association brought this idea to the Town of North Hempstead more than 10 years ago. We realize that budgetary decisions kept this project on the back burner all these years and now that it has reached fruition we want to thank you and the town for implementing this new addition to our village.

Finally, we request that you officiate at a dedication ceremony for the new fence in the very near future.
