Mike Barry's complaint that County Executive Suozzi's administration has "packed the county payroll with about as many political appointees as their immediate Republican predecessors" is simply ludicrous. I wonder whether Mr. Barry had the same concern when President Bush and his crony, Alberto Gonzales, did the same thing on taking office. Guess it depends on whose ox is being gored.
