Originally opened in 1978, 30 years ago, at 706 Port Washington Boulevard, Di Maggio's Trattoria has undergone facade and interior remodeling. Inside you will find exposed brick, a new stone pizza oven, and a sweeping hand-painted mural painted by Angelo's wife, Theresa, a local artist.

Lions Field Football Sunday, Oct. 7
Harvey Cohen has known no other football setting besides Port Washington's Lions Field.. So the image of a 10-year-old running a "QB option play" hardly startles him. Recently turning 89, Mr. Cohens' junior division kicked off its season opener in classic form with the ceremonious QB option being run as its first play on Lions Field!
