The Port Washington P.A.L. will be offering the following activities for the Summer 2006 season. The program is open to children entering third through seventh grade for the 2006-2007 school year. The schedule is as follows:

You must attend the appropriate evaluation day. Teams will be made after the evaluations. If you cannot make it, please contact PAL so that your name can be placed on a roster.

National League (We need a minimum of 48 players for the league to take place)

Entering 3rd/4th and 5th* grade evaluations Everybody

Tuesday, June 27 6 to 7 p.m. PAL Field

American League (We need a minimum of 48 players for the league to take place)

Entering 5th*/6th and 7th grade evaluations Everybody

Tuesday, June 27 7:15 to 8:15 p.m. PAL Field

*Children entering the 5th grade have the option to play in either the American or National League. They should show up for the appropriate evaluation day.

National and American summer league games will be played on Tuesday or Wednesday nights starting at 6 p.m.

Fee: $100 (includes shirt and hat)

Volunteer coaches, as well as team sponsors, are always welcomed.

In-person registration will be held on evaluation days or you can mail your application and check to PAL, 325 Main Street, Port Washington, NY 11050. Checks should be made out to Port Washington PAL.
