The Port Washington Education Foundation (PWEA) sponsored a second public forum to discuss the proposed budget of the Port Washington School District. PWEA President Frank Russo said that the main purpose of the forum was to address the question, "Is the new budget reasonable?" FULL STORY

Spring was in the air on Sunday, April 2 when the Port Washington Senior Citizens Center (PWSCC) hosted a fabulous event to welcome and thank donors and other supporters. Residents, businesses and representatives from various local organizations and government joined the center's board of directors in a festive reception. Guests enjoyed classical music, gourmet cheese, tropical fruit, and specialty wines, and instructors were on hand to explain classes taught to the seniors.
