As a longtime resident and teacher in Port Washington, I am confident that the board will negotiate a fair contract with the teachers. We are so fortunate to be a part of such an outstanding school system and to live in such a wonderful community. Teachers and parents are instrumental in the success and achievement of our students, so please support our town, our school and our students. Port Washington teachers deserve a fair contract comparable to those of the teachers in our neighboring districts.
