Jennie "Jean" Dlugolecki (nee Garczynski), 91, of Port Washington, died on Nov. 4, 2005. Jennie was a member of the Polish American Citizens Association and the Polish Gift of Life. She was preceded in death by her husband Chester (Babe) and her brother Stanley. Jennie is survived by her children, Margaret Helstowski, Barbara Gulitti (Joseph), Janet Vigliotti, Raymond, Chester (Linda) and Diane; her brother Raymond (Anne); 16 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Arrangements were made by the Austin F. Knowles Funeral Home, Port Washington. Mass of Christian Burial held on Nov. 9. Interment Nassau Knolls Cemetery. Donations in her memory to the Polish Gift of Life Association, PO Box 273, Albertson, NY 11707-0273 would be greatly appreciated.
