As longtime residents of Port Washington, we are proud to have the Port Washington Library as the cultural center of our community. While there is no question that the collections, programs and services are outstanding, most significant is the quality of the personnel which makes our library special. A combination of their professionalism, knowledge and personal warmth are always evident. These qualities have contributed to establish the library as the "jewel of the community."

We urge residents to continue supporting the library and vote yes on the proposed budget.
