Coach Doug Matina

A big, warm "Welcome" to Doug Matina and Bradley Kaye as they join the coaching staff at Schreiber High School. Coach Matina will be the assistant Boys Track coach and Bradley Kaye will be the Girls JV Softball coach.

Coach Matina is a graduate of Hofstra University where he majored in history. He presently teaches social studies at Schreiber High School. He attended Wheatley High School and was a member of the track team. He competed in the 800 meters for four years. Head Coach Klaff of the boys track team feels Coach Matina will bring his expertise in strength and conditioning to his new position. Coach Matina is an accomplished competitor and performer in the martial arts where he has over 10 years of experience.

Coach Bradley Kaye

Bradley Kaye is a graduate of Hofstra University where he majored in history and English. At Hofstra, he also received his master's degree in legal studies. Coach Kaye is a teaching assistant at Salem Elementary School. He has been working at the Hofstra Sports Camp for the past five years with his specialty being softball. He anxiously looks forward to the upcoming season.
